Latihlah otot-otot kaki dengan memutar-mutarkan pergelangan kaki searah jarum jam sebanyak 10 kali dan juga arah sebaliknya. Dengan melakukan ini, kamu tidak akan merasa cepat lelah.

Bagi penggemar pointed shoe, biasanya akan mengakibatkan kulit di sekitar jari lebih cepat mengalami luka akibat bentuk sepatu yang menyempit di ujung.
